1. Usage
You must be 18 years or older to use RepPro. You are responsible for keeping your account information, including login credentials, confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Purchases & payments
When purchasing any product or service through RepPro, you must provide accurate and complete information. We may refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud.
3. Subscriptions & cancellation
- Quarterly plan: 7-day notice required to cancel; pro-rata refund available within 30 days of purchase.
- Annual plan: 7-day notice required to cancel; pro-rata refund available only within the first 3 months of purchase. No refund is issued after 3 months.
4. Intellectual property
All rights in the RepPro platform, brand, and related materials are reserved to RepPro. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RepPro is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from your use of the service.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. Inactive accounts may be archived after two weeks of inactivity.
7. External links
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites or services linked to or from RepPro.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
